My Story
I am passionate about people.
I’m a classic ENFJ, and I love nothing more than watching someone get their “aha” moment. I have been blessed to work with people across various industries and settings on cultural transformation and personal growth. I’ve been on stages with hundreds of filled seats and offices smaller than broom closets, and there is one thing in common: each person wants to be seen, heard, valued, and to know that they can achieve something special.
My life’s work is all about that moment when they do.
Through academic training as a doctor of strategic leadership, I have prepared myself to help people and organizations lead through and navigate change. I have experience in pastoral care because so many of the life events we face can impact us spiritually and emotionally. I have a background in operational excellence and cultural transformation because I understand how challenging change can be.
I’m a husband, a father, and a bit of a nerd. My goal is to help people deepen their faith and lead with purpose.
