My Story

I’m a husband, a father, and a man of faith. Those parts of my life shape how I lead, how I work, and how I see people.

I’ve spent my career working in healthcare and corporate environments helping teams improve performance, engagement, and outcomes. Over time, I realized the biggest challenges weren’t just operational—they were human.

I bring over a decade of experience in leadership and operational excellence, working across complex systems with executives, physicians, and teams. My work has led to measurable impact—including over $1M in cost savings—and I’ve delivered 200+ trainings focused on leadership, communication, and performance.
